Your spec.
Our shop.

Start from any signature build — or from a blank sheet. Caliber, barrel length and profile, gas system, receiver finish, furniture, trigger, muzzle device, glass. We machine, coat, assemble, tune, and test-fire it under one roof.

The process

From conversation to range day

01 · The consult

Tell us how you'll shoot — distance, discipline, suppressed or unsuppressed, duty or competition. A builder (not a sales rep) specs the barrel, gas system, and trigger around your answer.

02 · The spec sheet

You approve a written build sheet: every component, every coating, every torque spec. No surprises, no substitutions without your sign-off.

03 · Machine & coat

Receivers are machined from 7075-T6 billet; barrels are profiled, fluted, and finished. Coatings — Cerakote, anodize, nitride — are applied and cured in-house.

04 · Assemble & tune

Hand assembly with matched gas system tuning. Headspace checked, trigger set to spec, muzzle device timed. Glass mounted, leveled, and torqued if ordered.

05 · Test-fire

Every custom build is function-tested and test-fired before it leaves. It ships with a clean bill — and our name on the receiver.

06 · Transfer

We ship to the FFL dealer of your choice. Have them email their license to info@windmobil.net and we'll confirm receipt before the build leaves the shop.

FAQ

Custom build questions

How long does a custom build take?
Typical turnaround is 4–6 weeks from approved spec sheet, depending on coating complexity and optics availability. We'll give you a firm date before you commit.
Can I send my own parts?
In many cases, yes — triggers, furniture, and muzzle devices you already own can be worked into the build. We'll tell you honestly if a part doesn't meet our standard.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to any state where the configuration is legal, via the FFL dealer of your choice. It is your responsibility to know your state and local laws; we'll flag anything that looks off before we ship.
What's the deposit?
Custom builds require a 50% deposit at spec approval, with the balance due before shipment to your FFL. Signature builds in stock ship on full payment.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — every Bane Arms build is covered against defects in materials and workmanship. If something we built isn't right, we make it right. That's the whole business model.
