Bane Arms LLC was founded on a simple frustration: too many "custom" rifles are parts-bin assemblies with a logo. We started machining, coating, and tuning our own — and never looked back.
Bane Arms is a name built to be remembered — the same standard we want every rifle, finish, and customer handoff to carry. The name is new; the expectation behind it is not: if a build has not earned our mark, it does not ship.
Founded in 2023, Bane Arms runs a compact shop where the same hands spec, machine, coat, assemble, and test-fire every rifle and pistol. Billet receiver sets, match-grade barrels, gas systems tuned by hand, and coatings cured in-house — because precision isn't a parts list, it's a process.
When you call, you talk to a builder. When you order, your build sheet is written by the person who will assemble it. That's the whole pitch.

Paul leads design and assembly — receiver sets, gas systems, triggers, and final test-fire. Every build that leaves the shop carries his sign-off, and most carry his fingerprints from the machining stage. If a rifle won't group, it doesn't ship; Paul is the reason.
Prasad runs the business engine — sourcing, scheduling, compliance, and the FFL transfer network that moves every build from our shop to your dealer cleanly. He keeps the paperwork as precise as the rifles.
Luda Wolfe owns the product line and the finish shop — the spec sheets behind every SKU, the Cerakote programs, and the coatings R&D that keeps Bane Arms finishes ahead of the catalog brands. Midnight Bronze? That's hers.
B. Singh Khanna leads business development and operations — building the dealer network, forging partnerships, and driving the commercial strategy that takes Bane Arms from a great shop to a national brand.
No build ships on faith. Every rifle and pistol is function-tested and test-fired before transfer — if it isn't right, it goes back on the bench, not in a box.
Coatings are part of the build, not an afterthought. Cerakote, anodize, and nitride applied and cured under our roof, matched across the whole rifle.
Questions get answered by the people who machine and assemble — not a call center, not a chatbot. Bring your hardest question.
